เป็นเครื่องมือวัดขนาดชิ้นงาน 2 มิติแบบไม่สัมผัสชิ้นงาน โดยใช้ระบบกล้องวิดีโอ CCD วัดจากภาพ เรียกว่า Video Measuring Machine นั้นสามารถวัดขนาดชิ้นงานระดับไมครอนและ วัดได้ทั้งแกน X,Y และ Z อีกทั้งยังสามารถเชื่อมต่อกับระบบคอมพิวเตอร์ได้เพื่อให้ภาพไปแสดงผลที่หน้าจอคอมพิวเตอร์ และนอกจากนี้ยังสามารถบันทึกข้อมูลภาพรวมไปถึงค่าการวัดต่างๆได้อีกด้วย และง่ายต่อการทำ Report เอกสารต่างๆเพื่อแสดงค่าได้อย่างชัดเจนและถูกต้อง

• กล้อง CCD ผลิตในประเทศญี่ปุ่น สามารถอ่านค่าความละเอียดสูงและแม่นยำ
